OMO Investments has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, identity theft and any form of deceitful act and we take all measures to prevent these from happening. One of the most used and effective processes being utilised now to ensure safety and security is the Know Your Customer policies. At the moment, banks, brokers and other financial institutions are using KYC to track and discontinue any account once spotted or suspected to be doing any fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud or any terrorist activity and the likes. All funds in these accounts are automatically lost.
Prevention
OMO Investments aims at securing all of the sensitive data it obtains and maintaining its well-keeping. All your account information, transaction history and details are considered documents of high value and thus a variety of security initiatives and fraud controls are run for them, among other documents. To be able to maintain the protection methods and measures we take for your electronic transactions, such as activating your deposit method, certain data is required from you.

When do I need to provide these documents?
To ensure all the processes and transactions flow smoothly without any delays, we highly recommend you provide us with all the required documents as soon as you can. These documents ensure securing and protecting any cash transaction in your account. A few actions can be done within your OMO Investments trading account before providing the needed documents, however, in some circumstances, we may request these documents before allowing some deposits or trades. Please note that if we do not receive the required documents, your pending withdrawals will be cancelled and credited back to your trading account. We will notify you in such an event via our system.
How can I send you these documents?
Please scan your documents, or take a high-quality digital camera picture, save the images as jpegs, then send them to us via mail to [email protected].
How do I know my documents are safe with you?
All files we obtain are fully protected using the highest levels of encryption at every step of the review process and they’re all saved in segregated folders created for each client. At OMO Investments, we hold the security of documentation with the highest priority and treat all documents we receive with utmost respect and confidentiality.
If the KYC is not provided, are there any fees charged?
Our clients’ accounts are all regarded with the highest levels of privacy and protection and they’re all handled by professionals who take the verification of the accounts very seriously. Above all reasons, the KYC is used to safely and accurately process any type of funds back to our clients.
If a client does not wish to undergo the KYC process, it is considered a misuse of the account and our services. A weekly fee of 5% will be charged if the given time frames shown below are not respected:
- Documents after first deposit: 5 business days time limit to submit.
- Declaration of Deposit (DOD) after every additional deposit: 3 business days.
